Macquarie Research sees national oil firm, Petronas's Capital Expenditure (Capex) contracting by 20 per cent to 44 billion ringgit in 2015 from 55 billion ringgit last year.<br /><br />The research house said as a result of a recent directive by the ministry of finance to all government linked companies to stop buying foreign assets.
